What is At the Studio?
At the Studio is Drawnalism’s portfolio of traditional illustration, graphic art and video work. It draws on the extensive experience of Drawnalism’s founders in caricaturing and cartooning and in the production of graphics for newspapers and digital media.
We recommend using Drawnalism’s studio services to support an In the Moment or On the Air booking, as part of a bespoke before, during and after package that will ensure maximum benefit from investment in our live services. However, we are also happy to undertake traditional studio work, on paper, on screen, or on video, and to work with associates or specialist agencies when required.
Why call in At the Studio?
Drawnalism’s studio services can be used ahead of an event or project to create consistent branding with distinctiveness and charm. Branding elements can be used in promotional activity and advance communications to secure audience and build anticipation.
They can also be used ‘on the day’ in brochures, agendas, banners and supporting materials; from directions to lunch to reminders of the wi-fi password!
After the event, we can also work with our commissioners, their teams and agencies to make sure they get the most out of the valuable collateral that is created by our In the Moment and On the Air graphic recording.
Elements of paper or digital Drawnalism can be extracted to provide event recaps, support reports and follow-up communications, encourage feedback, extend the lifecycle of events on internal or social media, and build identity and loyalty, through reproduction on badges, t-shirts and (even) umbrellas.
In addition, Drawnalism can enhance elements from In the Moment and On the Air graphic capture as Animated Drawnalism. Our Drawnalists can rapidly create engaging social video, or work with professional associates to create longer video with high production values.

We hope you do! Whenever we receive an In the Moment or On the Air enquiry, we will look for opportunities to advise on a ‘before, during and after’ package to make sure that investment is supported as effectively as possible.
However, we can also supply our At the Studio portfolio to clients and to agencies that need branding, illustration, graphic art and video services.

As Drawnalism’s traditional drawing and graphics service, At the Studio has the widest range of clients of any of our products and has been used the most diverse ways.
Our before, during and after packages have been used by many of the clients that have booked us to deliver In the Moment and On the Air; which means government departments, the European Union, corporations and entrepreneurs, public sector organisations, charities and academic, medical and public health bodies.
At the Studio is also used extensively by agencies looking to extend their content offer or to enhance their relationship with clients by offering them a more distinctive approach to branding, user events, marketing and PR opportunities.
As with our other services, we also deliver studio services for internal strategy and development projects; and we sign non-disclosure agreements when discretion is required.
