How do I book?

Drawnalism offers three services: In the Moment, On the Air, and At the Studio. We also advise on before, during and after packages of live and studio services to make the most of a Drawnalism booking for a digital, physical or hybrid event.

In each case, the process of booking is the same. When we receive an enquiry, we will discuss our client’s or agent’s requirements in detail, begin to define the package of services that will best meet their needs, and discuss budgets and timescales.

We will then draw up an outline or formal, costed proposal for review. We are happy to further discuss and amend this proposal as ideas develop and logistics come into play. Once we have agreed the package of services to be delivered, the cost, and timeframe, we will send over a contract for signature.

Any other legal issues, such as the requirement for non-disclosure agreements, can be sorted out at this point. Once we have received a signed contract, we can make arrangements to deliver you work, using our well-established models for delivery.

Whether you are a senior executive looking to secure Drawnalism for an important event or project, a team member tasked with working with us, or an agency looking to extend your relationship with a client, you can be confident that we will deliver a great job to time and to budget.

Also, that we will keep in touch before, during and after the booking. This short video below explains the whole process and shows how you can become one of our many, very happy customers. We look forward to working with you.

In the Moment

Once we received a signed contract, we will confirm the names of the booked Drawnalist or Drawnalists, finalise travel and accommodation arrangements, and make sure that the materials we need are available on the day.

On the Air

Once we have received a signed contract, we will hold a set-up meeting, at which we will introduce the Drawnalist who will be doing the work, and confirm the brief and technical details, so we are all set to graphically record your digital event.

At the Studio

Once we have received a signed contract, we will hold a kick-off meeting, call or email round with everybody involved with the project, so we can get into the process of idea generation, review and choice, and final sign-off and delivery.
