Tomorrow's City Centre

Anticipating change and the impact it has, is as hard as spotting the process happening.

The digital economy has brought huge change to the ways we live, work play and shop. And so to God’s House Tower in Southampton for one of a series of events helping people anticipate what may be on the way because of our changing behaviours.

God's House Tower stands at the south-east corner of the town walls that once encircled the medieval city.

The changes brought by digital to the worlds of retail, leisure, employment and day-to-day living are profound and likely to be long lasting. This is why our partners at the Southern Policy Centre are running the series of events.

Jokes aside, the event focused on four key areas, Work, Play, Live and Shop and the powerful themes and forces which interrelate them.
